Debby Currin has been providing legal services to individuals in the Kingwood/Humble area since 1986. Her main emphasis is on advising clients regarding estates planning, both before and after death. She has advised thousands of clients regarding the advance planning of estates to minimize costs and in the administration and settling of estates after death. Debby has been a frequent speaker in the community regarding estate planning. She previously taught courses on living trusts through North Harris Montgomery County College District. She has been on a speaker circuit with many of the local churches as well as speaking at numerous seminars hosted by local financial professionals.
She is also a trained mediator utilizing her mediation training to reduce friction between family members and heirs in the settlement of estates. Oftentimes the neutral professional can minimize negative emotions that arise when a family member dies.
